Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green has revealed his personal list of his top five NBA players of all time, and it includes Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James.
Green revealed his list on an episode of UNINTERRUPTED’s “Throwing Bones.”
Green first named Michael Jordan to the list before adding James. Green also said Kobe Bryant and Magic Johnson, two Lakers legends, are on his list. His fellow teammate, Stephen Curry, was the fifth name.
The former Michigan State standout said he doesn’t like to put players on the list that weren’t part of his era, citing Wilt Chamberlain as an example because Green didn’t get to watch him play. However, he can say he watched, played against or played with everyone on his list.
James and Green have battled multiple times in the NBA Finals, so it’s not surprising to see Green give respect to LeBron.
