VEGAS (February 4, 2022) – The Vegas Golden Knights announced today, February 4, plans for the 51/49 Raffle during the 2022 Honda NHL® All-Star Weekend, which will be held February 4-5 at T-Mobile Arena in Vegas. During Golden Knights home games, the raffle benefits various charitable organizations in the Las Vegas community through the VGK Foundation. Promotional support of the 51/49 Raffle is sponsored by Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers.
On Friday, February 4 during the NHL All-Star Skills presented by DraftKings Sportsbook, proceeds from the 51/49 Raffle will benefit the NHL Foundation. On Saturday, February 5 during the 2022 Honda NHL All-Star Game, all proceeds will be donated in memory of Teddy Balkind, a 16-year-old who tragically passed from an injury sustained in a Connecticut high school hockey game. The proceeds from Saturday will go towards an all-new scholarship in memory of Balkind, a sophomore defenseman at St. Luke’s School in New Canaan.
