This year’s NBA All-Star Game coverage will debut “Inside the All-Star Game,” an all-access experience on TBS, the league announced on Tuesday.
The broadcast will feature the studio team of Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal and Kenny Smith. The group will be joined by Draymond Green and other high-profile players throughout the telecast.
The presentation will also include Stephen Curry, Donovan Mitchell and Ja Morant, among others. Coaches and referees will be wearing mics throughout the entire game, giving fans an opportunity to listen live during the telecast. There will also be exclusive locker room access and other behind-the-scenes coverage.
“We’re looking forward to introducing this new, unique format on TBS,” said Turner Sports’ chief content officer Craig Barry.
The 2022 NBA All-Star Game will air on TNT on Feb. 20. Kevin Harlan will be calling the game for the first time, alongside Reggie Miller, Dwyane Wade and reporter Allie LaForce. They will be joined by special guest members of the NBA’s 75th Anniversary Team throughout the game.
