Chiefs player ‘turns self in’ as one of Alvin Kamara’s accomplices in Pro Bowl assault case

    February 18, 2022No Comments

New Orleans Saints star running back Alvin Kamara was shockingly arrested after an assault case involving three other men in Las Vegas after the NFL Pro Bowl. Two of the men, Darrin Young and Percy Harris, turned themselves in to Clark County Police on Monday. The other, Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Chris Lammons, was wanted by police for his role in the Pro Bowl assault case. The Chiefs corner turned himself in to police on Thursday, as reported by TMZ Sports.

#UPDATE: KC Chiefs CB Chris Lammons has turned himself in … after he — along with Alvin Kamara and at least 2 other men — allegedly beat up a man outside a Las Vegas club on February 6 https://t.co/7ppjYGHcSx

    — TMZ Sports (@TMZ_Sports) February 17, 2022

Chiefs cornerback Chris Lammons was booked on one count of battery resulting in serious bodily harm. Like Alvin Kamara, the Chiefs corner can face up to five years in prison for his role in the NFL Pro Bowl assault case.

The 26-year-old Lammons reportedly posted bail soon after he turned himself in. It’s unclear what the Chiefs corner was doing in Las Vegas at the time of the Kamara assault case, as he wasn’t participating in the NFL’s version of an All-Star game.

Kamara claimed the man insulted his friend, which prompted him to violently attack the man. However, surveillance video seems to show that the assault case went entirely different from the Saints star and NFL Pro Bowler’s side of the story.

If that’s the case, Alvin Kamara and Chiefs cornerback Chris Lammons will be in big trouble for their alleged actions in the assault case following the NFL Pro Bowl.
