SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — After defeating UC Davis 4-3 this past Sunday, Cal Poly will stay at home to host No. 51 Fresno State Friday, Feb. 25 at 2 p.m. at Mustang Tennis Complex.
The Mustangs (4-3) have not lost to Fresno State (7-1) since 2019. Cal Poly is 2-0 at home so far this season.
Freshman Peyton Dunkle has gotten off to a hot start to begin her collegiate career. She is 6-2 so far in singles and is on a two-match winning streak.
The No. 2 doubles duo of redshirt sophomores Delanie Dunkle and Melissa LaMette are currently 5-1 and on a four-match winning streak.
Following Friday’s match, the Mustangs will go back on the road to face the University of San Francisco Saturday, March 5 at 2 p.m. followed by Pacific Saturday, March 6 at 11 a.m.
