OCEAN VIEW, N.J. – The La Salle men’s golf team opened its spring season on Saturday, holding the team lead after one round at the South Jersey Spring Kickoff.
“Really pleased with our team effort today in some difficult conditions,” said head coach Scott Yurgalevicz. “The guys have been grinding outside at practice for about a month in weather just like this so the prep work helped callus their games and prepare them for these types of conditions. There’s still a lot of room for improvement amongst all the players and I hope we can build on today’s performance.”
