First Round Results | Second Round Live Scoring
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – One round is in the books at the 2022 NCAA Division I Tallahassee Regional for Kennesaw State women’s golf team representative Alizee Vidal.
Vidal shot a 5-over 77 through the first 18 holes at the Seminole Legacy Golf Course. She stands tied for 39th in the field.
She is ahead of participants from 2021 National Champion Ole Miss and 2022 ASUN Conference Champion North Florida.
Her par-5 scoring is tied for seventh in the 66-player field with a 4.50 scoring average.
Vidal is coming off an individual championship at the 2022 ASUN Women’s Golf Championship in April.
THORNE’S THOUGHTS:
“Alizee is hitting the ball really well,” head coach Erin Thorne said. “She struggled on the greens a bit but that can be solved with some practice afterwards and she can climb the leaderboard these next two rounds!”
NEXT TEE TIME:
Round two of the 2022 NCAA Division I Tallahassee Regional from the Seminole Legacy Golf Course begins Tuesday, May 11. Vidal tees off at 8:55 a.m. EST.
