The Warriors and Celtics are headed back to San Francisco for a pivotal Game 5 with the NBA Finals tied at 2-2.
After Stephen Curry put forth one of the best performances of his illustrious career to carry Golden State to a win over Boston in Game 4 on Friday, the Warriors will have a chance to take a 3-2 lead on their home floor.
Boston will be looking for more from superstar forward Jayson Tatum, who has yet to have a breakout game on the biggest stage. After letting Game 4 slip away from them on their home floor, the Celtics will try and steal another game on the road with hopes of having the opportunity to raise the Larry O’Brien trophy back in Boston in Game 6.
Let this serve as your reminder that the team that wins Game 5 in a seven-game series that is tied at 2-2 goes on to win the series 82 percent of the time.
