BROOKINGS, S.D. – Alex Kandolin from Rapid City finished in a tie for first on Tuesday at the Jackrabbit Intercollegiate Tournament in Brookings.
Kandolin ended the tournament 7-over-par with a three-day score of 223.
Not only was it the first win for Kandolin at South Dakota State, it was also her first top-10 finish.
Kandolin is the first Jackrabbit to win a tournament since Mia Seeman won the ‘Stampede at the Creek’ at the end the 2021-22 regular season.
Kandolin graduated from St. Thomas More in 2019.
