The Jillaroos have gone close to cracking triple figures for the first time after blowing France off the park in York in a 92-0 World Cup cakewalk.
Jess Sergis crossed the stripe four times while Jaime Chapman notched a treble as the Australian side bettered the 88-0 result against Canada on home soil five years ago.
It took just three minutes for Australia to score their first try and it was a procession from then onwards.
France did well in the end to prevent the Jillaroos from reaching a century as they trailed 58-0 at half-time.

Sergis scored three tries in the first half alone.

Australia’s next assignment will be much tougher against New Zealand, who downed Cook Islands 34-4 in the curtain-raiser.
The clash with the Silver Ferns on 6.30am AEDT on Friday will be their last group game before the semi-finals next Tuesday.
