BINGHAMTON, N.Y. – Visiting Marist grabbed the opening doubles point after three very tight matches and then used a trio of three-set singles wins to secure a 6-1 win over Binghamton women’s tennis Saturday night at the Binghamton Tennis Center.
Freshman Natalia Aruj starred for the Bearcats with wins in both doubles and singles. Aruj paired with junior Lara Kaplan for a tiebreak win at No. 2 doubles and then earned a straight-set win at No. 4 singles.
