Forward Kyle Rau (hat trick), Forward Marco Rossi (1-1=2), Defenseman Calen Addison (1-1=2) and Forward Nolan Stevens scored. Forward Mason Shaw, Forward Mitchell Chaffee and Forward Connor Dewar registered two assists each and Goaltender Zane McIntyre made 26 saves.
The Wild fell 5-3 at the Gulls on Saturday (4/2). Chaffee (2- 0=2), Defenseman Kevin Czuczman (1-1=2) and Forward Vladislov Firstov (0-2=2) led the team with two points each. McIntyre made 27 saves.
Iowa earned a 2-1 overtime win at San Diego on Friday (4/1). Addison (1-1=2) and Dewar (1-1=2) led the Wild with two points each and McIntyre made 29 saves.
Forward Marco Rossi leads Iowa with 48 points (17-31=47) in 53 games this season and ranks sixth among AHL rookies in scoring. Forward Kyle Rau ranks second on the team with 43 points (20-23=43) in 44 contests. Forward Mason Shaw ranks third with 40 points (13-27=40) in 51 matches and Chaffee is fourth with 33 points (19-14=33) in 39 games.
McIntyre is 13-10-2 with a 2.50 GAA, a .916 SV% and one shutout in 26 games with the Wild. Goaltender Dereck Baribeau is 4-8-2 with a 3.07 GAA and a .903 SV% in 15 games.
Iowa wraps up a six-game road trip with games at Tucson (Wednesday) and Texas (Saturday and Sunday) this week.
