The PGA Tour has suspended all 17 members who competed in the inaugural LIV Golf International Series event yesterday.
The members which include Phil Mickelson, Dustin Johnson, Sergio Garcia, Lee Westwood and Ian Poulter can no longer compete in tour events or the Presidents Cup. PGA tour commissioner Jay Monahan announced the suspensions 30 minutes after 17 golfers hit their opening shots at Centurion Club in England.

Monahan said any players who participate in future LIV Golf Events will also be suspended.
Ian Poulter said he will fight the suspension while Mickelson wasn’t going to discuss the punishment publicly at this time.
