INDIANAPOLIS—The UIndy men’s golf team earned the No. 2 spot in the spring’s initial NCAA Division II Midwest Regional rankings, trailing only the University of Findlay.
Led by defending DII individual medalist Keegan Bronnenberg and reigning GLVC Player of the Year Oliver Mast, UIndy sandwiched a couple of third-place finishes last fall with a victory at the Doc Spragg Fall Invitational, hosted by the aforementioned Findlay.
A national semifinalist from last May, the Greyhounds hope to extend their streak of consecutive NCAA Regional appearances to 17. They are set to open their spring slate in Central Florida at the Saint Leo Invitational Feb. 21-22.
