India’s most successful captain MS Dhoni, who had captained India in ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2007, ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 and ICC Champions Trophy 2013 victory, announced his retirement from international cricket in August 2020.

However, he has not left cricket entirely and Dhoni still plays the marquee Indian Premier League tournament for one of the most successful IPL teams; Chennai Super Kings (CSK).
Meanwhile, Indian Premier League (IPL) broadcasters Star Sports shared a sneak peek of MS Dhoni’s new look on Twitter and Instagram. In a video shared by Star Sports, MS Dhoni was seen wearing a khaki shirt and a pant.

MS Dhoni was retained by Chennai Super Kings ahead of the Indian Premier League 2022 mega auction for INR 12 crore and he will be leading the defending champions in the upcoming edition of the cash-rich league.
The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 is all set to begin from March 26 to May 29. All the games of the league stage will be played in Maharashtra across 4 different venues including Wankhede Stadium, Dy Patil Stadium, Brabourne Stadium and Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium.
20 matches each will be played at the Wankhede Stadium and the Dy Patil Stadium while 15 games each will be played at the Brabourne Stadium and the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium.
Notably, CSK have been placed in Group B of the tournament alongside Sunrisers Hyderabad, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Punjab Kings and Gujarat Titans.
